We are called to honor, to bless, to praise God all our days. No matter where we are in life we should recognize God’s love, peace, and light.

Sometimes our faith can feel isolating. Yet its promise is that Jesus welcomes us all to the table as we rejoice in his love for us.

If we wake with troubled or lonely hearts, we can remember right away that we are not alone; we can close our eyes and begin our day by envisioning the comfort of God's light.

If I truly believe in the good news of the gospel, why am I not bursting to tell the world about it? Why am I not overflowing with joy that explodes into my daily life?

Though I might think myself far from gluttony’s traditional bountiful banquet, it’s squeezing me tightly whenever I have a driven need or insatiable appetite for any activity—be it feast, famine, exercise, or dressing up.

Give a kind word or other support to someone who isn’t a relative or close friend, without first evaluating whether or not he or she is worth the effort.
