Sometimes we get so caught up in the doing that we forget about the being, and we forget about the One who brought us into being.

Regardless of our political perspective, we recognize that we are in a troubled time in which we cannot sit on the sidelines and trust our future and the future of the planet solely to our political leaders.

The heartache of loss can last a long time and even get in the way of nurturing other relationships. God’s love for us and those we have lost is the healing light we need to see the way forward.
