One of the 14 Holy Helpers of Germany, Saint Giles was a popular saint in Germany, England, and elsewhere. While we know little about him, his wide popularity attests to his holiness.
Jesus is still generous today. To a worldwide community of believers he provides the sacraments, the Scriptures, the Church’s teaching, the companionship of the faithful. We are called to be grateful.
