Pause+Pray

Finding the puzzle's straight lines which hint at outer edges is a good way to get started putting it together.

Happiness may feel good in the moment, but it inevitably fades and disappears. Joy, on the other hand, is something we can experience in the long-term.

We are told as children not to be afraid of the dark. As we grow in age and wisdom, however, we understand that terrible things lurk in dark corners.

Family life is not always picture perfect like a pretty Hallmark card. Sometimes it is wracked with heartache, pain, addiction, abandonment, or loss.

There are times we are pulled toward thoughts of the past and replaying regretful events over and over in our minds. May this prayer help you let go into today.

When we pray we ask for help--because we need it. May today’s prayer give you the strength to keep seeking.
