Throughout our lives, our faith is going to experience ebbs and flows. Over time it will grow, change, and even, at times, be challenged.

In January, thousands of people will take part in the annual March for Life in Washington, DC.

Forever etched in my mind is an image of my oldest daughter, Maddie, sitting at the bedside of her grandma—my mom—at the hospice center shortly before my mom’s death.

There are so many challenges in our lives and world today that it can often seem overwhelming and cause us to get stuck in despair. But we must move forward and do something, no matter how small.

Sometimes, we have to travel to places on our own. Those can be real-life destinations or they can be journeys inward.

Sometimes in life, we get so laser-focused on things like family, work, and other responsibilities that we fail to stop and take in the many good things that surround us.
