We are surrounded by so much noise on a daily basis. Some of it is unavoidable, some of it is self-imposed. It’s almost as if we’re afraid of the quiet.

Sometimes, all we need is someone to talk to, whether that be a casual conversation with a friend or time spent with a professional counselor.
The ultimate goal should be reasonable immigration policies that respect and assist all the parties involved—Americans and immigrants.
Yesterday, we mourned Christ’s death. Tomorrow, we will celebrate his Resurrection. Today, we pause somewhere in between.
Hanging in our house is a large corkboard map of the United States. On the board are various pins placed on locations across the country, each one marking a place to which we have traveled.
We may ask ourselves why more people aren’t doing something. But looking at change in terms of what we think other people should be doing is likely only to frustrate us even more.
