Each of us has made mistakes. We have all sinned and need God’s mercy. In humble gratitude, take care to give in the same spirit that you have received.

Knowing the right thing to do isn’t necessarily easy. Yet when we find there are many good options or only bad ones, we can always turn to the Holy Spirit for guidance.

Evaluate your daily routine. What gets the most attention? If you find you don’t have time for prayer or service to others, make the time by cutting out something else.

The difference between courage and brashness is wisdom. Courage does not mean a lack of fear. Courage is moving forward despite fear. Christian courage means trusting that the Lord is with you even in times of trouble.

Jesus is the greatest of teachers. He used the experiences of common people to demonstrate the eternal truth of God’s word.
