“Look at the birds of the air; that they do not sow, nor reap nor gather into barns, and yet your heavenly Father feeds them. Are you not worth much more than they?” (Matthew 6:26). Let us pray to trust Jesus’ words of encouragement.
Pray
Father, you are the author of all creation.
By your mouth the waters flow.
By your grace life springs into being.
Nothing is greater than your love!
Help me to put aside my need for control
and let go of what I do not need.
Free me so I may follow you alone.
Amen.
