Prayer

Listening to the birds or the sounds of a thunderstorm can put our lives back together. We can sense our place in God’s creation.

Francis embraced the Gospel and challenged the difficulties of his time: faith, church, and society. In our difficult time, it is now ours to do.

Evangelization is a Franciscan priority because it was a priority for St. Francis. And it was a priority because he had encountered Jesus and just couldn’t keep that to himself.

Christianity is the only religion which proclaims that God became a human being. This is unique and central to Christian understanding. St. Francis was fascinated by what we have come to call the Incarnation.

At times, prayer can feel like playing hide-and-seek. So how do we find God?

We at Franciscan Media strive to provide hope to those who are hungry for it. And hope is a resource we must protect.
