Family can encompass friends, neighbors, and coworkers. Sometimes a kind word is all that’s required to strengthen family bonds.

Listen to the sounds of nature in your world—the swoosh of leaves, the bend of branches. Even if you’re in a parking lot or on a city street, there’s beauty everywhere, calling to you.

Sit in silence for a few moments. Feel your heart beat and your breath as you inhale and exhale. During this time, there is nothing to accomplish.

Forgiveness isn’t just about letting our grievances go. Forgiveness is the path to restoring the love that binds us to God and one another.

God will not be boxed in. If we take a step back to look, what culturally accepted boxes in our lives could we burst out of using our God-given creativity?
