Who is struggling with some physical ailment in your life? It could be mental health, as well. Today, don’t hesitate to reach out.

Grief cannot be outrun. Let today’s prayer both honor your mourning and remind you of the joy in God’s heart.

Think about the big and small ways you have received the miracle of healing in your life. How have your relationships with God, friends, coworkers, or family been repaired? 

Take a break today from the burden of the day’s news, and the cacophony of social media. In that stillness, let the soft healing of the Holy Spirit fill in those spaces where you usually find worry.
