Reflect
Loneliness lies. It whispers that you are forgotten. But Scripture says otherwise: “I will never leave you nor forsake you” (Heb 13:5). Even in isolation, God is with you.

God of companionship,
Sit beside me in the quiet.
Let me feel your presence
like a warm cloak around my shoulders.

Text someone you haven’t spoken to in a while. Just say: “Hey, I thought of you today.” You never know how much it might mean.
