When we pray, we ask for help because we need it. May today’s prayer give you the strength to keep seeking.

Sometimes we're so busy and distracted we don’t even notice the people God places in our paths. We miss out on the chance to be his hands and feet in the world.

Virtual spaces aren't always great environments for people of faith, as negativity, consumerism, and bullying cast a dark shadow there. If we choose to we can still spread the gospel and the light of Christ.

Moving our bodies energizes our minds and spirits and awakens us to new perspectives. When we move our bodies, our spirits move as well! God is with you on the journey.
