You were a gifted spiritual director,
and you were always quick to reveal the works of the enemy
in the spiritual lives of your directees.
I ask you to reveal where the devil is trying to trick me,
leading me into despair and lack of confidence in God.
Intercede for me, bringing me into the arms of God
where I can trust in his love for me–
even if he feels distant.
