Reflect
While they were not able to fully see him, Jesus walked with the disciples on the road to Emmaus and met them in their questions and longings. Whether or not we feel or believe Jesus is with us, he is always there hidden in the background, waiting for us to be reminded of that reality.

Dear Jesus,
teach me to be on the lookout for you in my daily life.
Open my eyes so that I may look for your presence
in other people and situations.
Show me the beautiful mystery it is to discover you in my daily life.
