Reflect
Life is constantly changing, always in flux. And even when the changes are good ones, the process is stressful. Luckily God’s love is the one thing we can count on never to change. “Before the mountains were born, the earth and the world brought forth, from eternity to eternity, you are God” (Psalm 90:2).
Pray
Dear God, the changes in my life come at me so fast
they make my head spin.
Like a ballerina who keeps her balance
by fixing her eyes on one spot as she twirls,
I can stay steady if I keep my gaze on you.
Help me keep my focus on your love
no matter what changes come my way.
Help me remember that your love is constant—
yesterday, today, tomorrow.

Act
Spend a few minutes today considering all the things that have changed for you in the past month. Then thank God for his constant presence.
