There is a life force flowing through the universe, and everything exists in a single moment, forever unfolding.

A single sentence, a single word keeps turning life over. We are only given this day.

Day after day we are met by the same silent awareness in the sunlight and the sudden wind.

Do not squander this day, say the mystics. Leave being right behind you, let it go, let it go, let it go. Return to Love.

Hold a space in your heart for the world. We’re all ancestors of future generations who hope we’ll build the fire that can be seen in the distance.

Time speeds by, one event falling into another. I see this now.
