This week continues the Bread of Life discourse in which Jesus once again tells the disciples that he is the living bread that has come down from heaven.

Whether or not we realize it, we are all truly blessed in some way. It is often in the individual day-to-day moments that we can find true joy.

This week’s Gospel reminds us to focus on Jesus as the bread of life, which feeds us not only physically but, more importantly, spiritually.
