Find a quiet place to go and sit—even if it’s just for a few minutes. If you can’t get away, try to watch a video or listen to a recording of some soothing nature sounds for a few minutes.

We should all stop and listen in terms of both our faith and our everyday lives. There might be something very important that we need to hear.

While incidents of violence range in scope and size, they all leave damage and suffering in their wake. Such violence stands in sharp contrast to the beauty of life that God created.

We all have times in our lives when we get down on ourselves. It might be about the way we look, something we did or said, or what we see as personal weaknesses.

My favorite time of year has always been autumn. I love watching the colors of the trees erupt into blazing colors of orange, red, and yellow.
