This past Sunday we celebrated the Ascension of Jesus. It marks the moment when he returned to the Father, not to abandon us, but to elevate our humanity into divine glory. The Ascension reminds us we’re destined for more than earthly confines.
Pray
Lord Jesus, as you ascended into heaven, you didn’t leave us orphaned. You promised the Holy Spirit, guiding us in truth and love. Elevate our hearts to seek the things above, and help us to live as people of heaven even while our feet tread the earth.
Act
Today, take a moment to look up—literally and spiritually. Let the sky remind you of your heavenly calling, and let your actions reflect the love and hope of one who knows their true home lies beyond the clouds.
