Reflect
Driving on a foggy day in the valley can lead to low visibility. As I trust and allow myself to be led up the hill, the sun touches the blanket of fog and causes it to vanish. Clear vision is restored once again.
Pray
Lord, still my soul.
Enter in and slow me down
so I can focus on what you have placed in front of me.
Guide me up the hill so that I may meet the Son and trust in him.
In your timing, clear the fog and reveal yourself in a new way.
In the meantime as I travel through the fog,
give me “right faith, certain hope, and perfect charity, sense and understanding,” *
so that I can rely on and trust in you.
Amen.
