Have you ever had to start over? How did you feel when you went through it? Starting over is part of life but that doesn’t make it easy! It takes grit to rebuild what has crumbled—but you got through it.

Beginnings can be hard,
God, but I know that you are with me.
As I begin __________, please give
me the patience to endure the valleys
and the presence of mind to appreciate the peaks.
I have lived through both with you at my side
and this prayer is a simple way to show my appreciation.
Thank you for loving me through all phases in life.
You are my beginning, my middle, and my end.
