Reflect
There are people who carry heavy suffering without an audience. Their pain is hidden, unspoken, and easily overlooked. God sees what remains unseen to the world. The Incarnation reminds us that love draws near to suffering flesh. To follow Christ is to pay attention. We are called not just to believe, but to notice and respond.
Pray
God who sees all,
hold those who suffer
in silence today.
Be close to the forgotten,
the overlooked, and the unseen.
Soften my heart
to recognize hidden pain.
Give me eyes to see as You see
and courage to draw near.
Teach me to love
with attentiveness and compassion.
Make me a presence
that reflects Your nearness in the world.
Act
Look intentionally at the people you encounter today.
Offer patience, kindness, or presence where it is least expected.
Trust that even small acts make suffering less lonely.
