His Father spoke over Jesus, “This is my beloved Son….” Through the Sacrament of Baptism, we, too, become the beloved ones of the Father.

Dear Jesus, reveal to me what it means
that I am a beloved child of God.
No matter my choices or sin,
the nature of being beloved is the only way
you and the Father see me.
Show me what it means to love myself as you love me.
