Reflect
When Moses grows tired, his friends hold up his arms so that the people may prevail. Some days, prayer feels like that—hard to sustain without help. We remember that we are not alone on this journey of faith. Others are praying with us, for us, and because of us. Faith isn’t a solo act. It’s a communal endurance, powered by love and strengthened by persistence.
Pray
God who never tires,
strengthen me when I feel worn out.
When I can’t lift my hands in prayer,
remind me that others are praying on my behalf.
Teach me to be someone who lifts others too
—not just with words but with presence.
May my life echo the mission of love
You entrusted to us all.
Amen.
Act
