The Holy Spirit is equal parts God in the Trinity and the fulfillment of love between the Father and the Son. The Holy Spirit was given to us by Jesus and sent as a farewell gift—present before his ascension to heaven. The Holy Spirit is a teacher, companion, guide, and friend to those of us in the spiritual life seeking to follow Jesus with our whole hearts and minds.

Dear Holy Spirit, help me to turn to you in all things
for help and guidance in my daily life.
May I listen for your voice, prompting, and action.
Help me to respond to your grace and goodness.
