Reflect
We are called to walk the path of life with humility, compassion, and trust in God’s providence. Along this journey, we inevitably encounter moments of disappointment—times when our hopes are dashed, our plans are thwarted, and our hearts are heavy with sorrow. Yet, even in the midst of disappointment, we are called to embrace the Franciscan spirit of joy, gratitude, and trust in God’s plan for our lives. In moments of disappointment, we are reminded of our own vulnerability and dependence on God’s grace. It is a humbling experience that invites us to surrender our plans and desires to God’s will, trusting that He has a purpose and a plan for our lives that is greater than we can imagine.

trusting that only You can bring healing and wholeness
to our broken hearts,

we are never alone, for Your love and grace are always with us,
