Simplicity is when we roll up our sleeves with and for others in a great community of needful belonging.
To be sacred also means to participate fully—even if not consciously—in the ongoing dance of relationships, which are the fundamental divine reality.
We experience a great love for the world. What we love is what moves our heart, and what moves our heart is what moves our lives.
We see through a glass dimly. An important part of spiritual practice, then, is “cleaning the lens”.
These days, we are all inundated with distractions thanks to the various forms of technology at our disposal.
Kyle and Cyndi Kramer live with their three small children 8-year-old twins Eva and Clare and 5-year-old Eli in a home Kyle built largely by himself. They use solar power, a cistern and firewood they harvest from their woods. The Kramers grind their own grains, buying them in bulk.
