Jesus knew firsthand of the weaknesses and woundedness of men and women. He never rejected anyone simply for failure.

All good is basically a sharing in God’s own goodness. It’s a privilege for us to be able to do good to others. It’s a privilege for us to be used as instruments of God for others.
Offering up our own pain or struggle becomes part of our Christian faith and love for others.
When we receive the Eucharist and say, quietly, “Amen,” we mean, “I believe.”
Wise people—and hopefully they are people of faith—understand that human life is made up of situations beyond our control.
It’s normal—and healthy, in fact—to ask where God is in a crisis.
We should remember to use the experience of worry to trigger a prayer in our hearts. That will turn a negative into a positive.
